54mm converted Herne the Hunter

54mm converted miniature for Games Workshop's "Inquisitor" range.

Commander Laddik Herne ran a tight ship, and his regiment was renowned for it's order, discipline and appearance. When his regiment was called to war, his fleet mobilised but was hit by a terrible warp storm. His personal vessel was knocked off course and crashed on a Death World, populated by ravenous plants and poisonous beasts at every step. Over the decades his men were picked off until it was just Herne remaining, surviving on his initiative, fortitude and raw manliness.

He was picked up by an Inquisitor who recognised his survivability, steel in the face of danger and his particular habits if taking on the largest beast he can find to make a new set of trophies.
